Job requirements
- Degree in Human Resources Management is must
- General concept in labor laws and regulations are preferred
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese is required
- Have good organizing and problem-solving skills
- Work accurately with good attention to details and provide support on full spectrum of HR functions and various administration duties
Job description and responsibilities
- Provide support on full spectrum of HR functions
- Assist supervisor for preparing and drafting documents
- Assist in hiring process, including submitting job postings and scheduling candidate interviews
- Assisting with employee relations
- Responsible for keeping records and arranging maintenance schedule for all stationery, office equipment and supplies
- Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned
- Fresh graduates are welcomed
- Candidate with more experience would be consider for the position of Human Resources Officer
- Immediate availability will be an advantage
Remuneration
